At New Balance, We Got Now.As Key Account Manager for SNIPES your role will be to focus on one of the largest Lifestyle accounts in Europe with attention to detail and the aim to develop the business relationship in line with the long-term plan. You have a good understanding of the current fashion and streetwear trends and the ability to translate your knowledge into serving the demand of the Snipes consumer. You collaborate with an English-speaking team: Sales management, customer service and marketing.

Stellenbeschreibung

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Serve as primary contact for all Snipes buying departments and build strong customer relationships to maximize business opportunities.
  • Work on long term sales plans aligned with national business strategy and global distribution policy.
  • Collaborating closely with internal and international teams such as marketing, finance, and customer service.
  • Drive operational excellence particularly around sell-in, sales numbers, forecasting and range building.
  • Develop sales activities through the forward order processes and in-season opportunities.
  • Analyse customer development to identify opportunities & risks.
  • Monitor stock, sales, and intake processes on a weekly basis.
  • Traveling, retail visits, face-to-face meetings are part of your weekly working routine.

Profil

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • University degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • A solid understanding of the fashion and streetwear industry, from head to toe.
  • At least 5 years of experience within large sales / buying organisations.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
  • excellent organisation skills with attention to detail.
  • profound skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
