About the Position

Our vision is to become one of the top used car subscription providers in the European market. Why is this exciting? Because the subscription model is just taking over the automotive market: ownership is old news. The new generation shares and recycles. By reusing used vehicles, we save resources. By meeting demand on a monthly basis, we reduce private ownership of cars and thus also the number of cars that consume valuable space in the city unused 90% of the time.

As Junior Marketing & Growth Manager / Intern (m/f/d) you can contribute to this vision and help a young corporate startup to succeed by personally managing B2C and B2B customer contact and contributing to the achievement of our growth goals with appropriate multi-channel campaigns. Requirements

  • You have already gained some experience in the field of performance marketing / online marketing or similar - great, we can build on this together
  • You have successfully completed your bachelor’s degree in marketing, business development, business administration or another customer-oriented course of study
  • You enjoy putting yourself in other people’s shoes, you are a team player, have a hands-on mentality and organizational skills
  • Your strong communication skills help you to quickly identify potential problems and to find a suitable solution together with you
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and have some experience with social media ads management, Google Analytics, and personal customer support
  • You have very good German and English skills (C1 level)
Your tasks

  • Together with the Head of Marketing & Growth, you build new customer acquisition channels and growth strategies and implement them operationally
  • You validate core KPIs such as CAC, CLV and retention
  • You optimize online campaigns and partnerships for B2C and B2B acquisitions
  • You will also be responsible for managing, analyzing and monitoring user and customer insights in our webshop and performance channels with the help of Google Analytics, among others
  • Your ideas for the development of reporting, statistics, presentations and internal dashboards will help us to continuously improve our service.
  • In addition, you will work closely with colleagues from the product and operations team to fully understand the service we provide to customers and help optimize it
  • We are a start-up venture, which means hands-on mentality is important and you enjoy being hands-on - this also means trial and error: you are analytical and KPI-driven
