• In close cooperation with other project managers and the specialist departments, you support our clients in making the best use of their AKIOMA account.
• You take ownership of customer issues and follow up problems to resolution.
• You advocate for the customer needs to incorporate their perspective for improving our products.
• You analyse statistics and compile accurate reports about the status of our products and customer issues.
• You participate in internal product testing and apply insights about customer behavior.
• You deliver key AKIOMA product updates and assist customers with upgrades.
• You identify and quantify the key factors for customer success and develop a plan to meet said criteria based on regularly cadenced communications with your Customer.

• You have proven work experience in the area of customer management.
• If you have previous experience made from apprenticeships, it is also welcome.
• You gained expertise from technical roles.
• Your hands-on experience ensures excellent customer support.
• You are well skilled in troubleshooting and multitasking.
• Your working style is characterized by strong customer service orientation.
• Your planning and organizational skills make you stand out.
• You speak and write fluent German and your written and spoken English skills are excellent.
