We are looking for a Junior Procurement Manager / Buyer who is highly passionate about Services & external labor and driving change/ improvement in a digital environment.

Are you very hands-on in procurement and can drive at the same time our journey towards a more strategic sourcing department? Our team is responsible for all Autoscout24 purchases. Armed with a top-notch procurement tool we ensure a seamless purchasing processes with optimal price quality selection. This ranges from large consultancy negotiations, to tail end spend optimization of external labor.

As the team is small, but effective, the best candidate is able to run multiple sourcing project in parallel, and keep the business running.

What you’ll do:
  • Price negotiations in various categories with focus Services & External labor and Facility management
  • Identify potential suppliers together with the business
  • Supplier management
  • Review and improve categories
  • Contract management and negotiations
  • Purchase order processing
What you should bring:
  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Decisiveness
  • Proven sourcing experience
  • Fluency in English and German (C1 is a minimum requirement)
