The Technology and Innovation (TI) department takes care of the pre-development activities and projects in the company, as well as the coordination of innovation initiatives and cross-functional activities.

As a part of the TI department, you will work hand-in-hand with the project manager of the Statistical Validation project to plan and coordinate the rollout of a statistical validation methodology across the company.

Your Mission
  • Planning of alignment meetings, trainings and other project activities
  • Coordination of project activities and tracking of the status
  • Preparation of training materials in different formats and for different target audiences
  • Maintenance and change management of project documentation
  • Collect and analyze feedback, propose improvements and changes
  • Additional Project Management Tasks
Your Talents
  • Studies in the field of business administration, economics, psychology, educational science, social science or a comparable field of study
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint), interest in statistics is a plus but not mandatory
  • Very good English skills written and spoken
  • Quick comprehension, self-reliant working ability, communication skills and team spirit
