Internship in Global Recruitment and Talent Relationship Management

YOUR ROLE

  • Support the global recruitment team in strategic digitalization projects and initiatives
  • Support in the management and development of our recruitment tools and platforms
  • Actively participate in the global roll-out of the talent relationship management
  • Collaborate with IT, governance and employer reputation stakeholders
  • Get to know and support in the implementation of Henkel’s internal guidelines, rules and regulations
  • Provide support and guidance to the global recruitment community on selected topics

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully completed first semesters of studies preferably in the fields of human resources, psychology, business administration or communication
  • First practical or international experiences, e.g. internships, student initiatives or semester abroad
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications
  • Keen interest in recruitment, talent management and project management
  • A team player with strong communication skills, who is dynamic, passionate and full of energy
  • Availability for 4-6 months
