To strengthen our dedicated team at our attractive Munich location, we are now looking for a

International Student Recruiter (f/m/x)

full-time, 40 hours/week, beginning as soon as possible

Your responsibilities:

  • Build and develop a strategic and innovative recruitment network which meets the international student enrollment goals of the university, consisting of – amongst others – agencies and MBS alumni
  • Serve, promote, and represent the university by being the primary point of contact for counselors, agencies etc. primarily in China, India and Eastern Europe
  • Train agencies and give presentations to their inquiry pool
  • Represent the university at international recruitment events, fairs, and conferences
  • Create a comprehensive international marketing strategy utilizing different online marketing channels and marketing materials
  • Help create marketing material useful for international recruitment
  • Serve as a liaison between the Admissions Office, domestic recruiters, various academic units and other organizations within and outside of the university (involves a high level of internal and external public contact)

Your profile:

  • Academic degree (minimum bachelor)
  • Experience in international student recruitment
  • Experience in working with agencies from the target markets India, China, Taiwan and Latin America
  • Experience in organising trade fairs abroad - especially with a focus on Latin America
  • Intercultural experience and sensitivity
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally on your own for longer periods of time
  • You are used to working service-oriented, independently and carefully
  • Strategic further development of international sales along the entire process chain
  • You enjoy rethinking things and strive for innovative ways
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; working knowledge of German
  • EU-citizenship
  • Based in Munich area
