Your Tasks:

Our six-person Talent Acquisition team is looking for an intern for at least three months and/or a working student for our Karlsruhe location. From the publication of vacancies, to the initial contact with applicants, to the coordination of appointments, you will be both an internal and external contact person. You will carry out the following tasks:
  • You are responsible for posting job advertisements and recording incoming application documents.
  • You actively approach suitable candidates based on your research in various job portals and networks, such as XING or LinkedIn.
  • You will independently schedule telephone and video interviews.
  • You will be responsible for correspondence with applicants and personnel service providers on questions relating to the application process.

We Appreciate:

You are an enrolled student in a study program in economics, social sciences / humanities or comparable and are interested not only in theory but also in the practical implementation of HR topics.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the field of human resources and/or recruiting as a student trainee or intern.
  • You are committed, open and strong in your communication.
  • You are confident in using social media platforms and ideally have initial knowledge of G Suite.
  • You have very good German and good English language skills.
  • You are available as a working student for at least 15 hours per week.
