Your Key Responsibilities
  • Scouting for potential future business partners (Startups, SMEs and Corporates) and identify potential new strategic partners
  • Coordination of Strategic Partnering projects, e.g. Proof of Concepts or introduction of Scouting Tools
  • Supporting internal projects to improve the (global) partnering activities and to onboard Strategic Partners
  • Supporting of the organisation and management of events
  • Supporting of the buildup of Schaeffler’s partner ecosystems
Your Qualifications
  • Student in the field of economics or engineering, ideally with a finished Bachelor degree
  • Technical understanding and interest in partnerships and startups
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Highly proficient in MS Office products (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Team player with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Organizational skills to maintain schedules in a fast-paced environment
  • Structured and goal-oriented working method
