This is an interim/ freelance position with a duration of at least 6 months starting as soon as possible. Join our team and contribute to our organization’s financial success and growth!

What you will do:
Business Control support with different focus areas (e.g. Sales, Opex, Ops, budgeting process etc.)
Forecasting and budgeting support (running the Excel models as well as collecting data)
Implement financial control systems, monitor metrics, and provide recommendations for improved business performance
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports using reporting/planning tools
Coordinate and facilitate the budgeting process, conduct variance analysis, and provide insights on budget performance
Act as a strategic finance partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams and evaluating financial viability of business proposals

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s/Master degree in Finance or a related field
5+ years experience in business controlling, finance business partnering, management reporting, forecasting and budgeting
Experience in ERP as well as reporting and planning tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, BPC, PBCS, Lucanet)
Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial management principles
Experience in working with scattered data (not integrated ERP systems, data warehouse based analyzes, Power BI etc.)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail in financial reporting
Fluency in German and English
