With the remarkable growth in the Water Diagnostics business, this is an exciting opportunity for you to jump aboard. As an Inside Sales Account Manager covering Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland, your main objective will be to endorse and sell cutting-edge water testing products. Our client’s water diagnostics are top-of-the-line technology that can revolutionise every customer experience you encounter - making it all worthwhile!
In This Role you Will:
- Partner with an Area Sales Manager and together you will build and execute your own sales strategy to grow your territory.
- Identify and generate demand among customers while maintaining effective customer relationships, utilising Salesforce.com to build and manage your sales pipeline.
- Have the opportunity to work inter-departmentally, developing a close relationship with our marketing team. You’ll be involved in the execution of marketing campaigns, each focused on a diverse group of end-users in public, private laboratories, wastewater treatment and more!
- Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities. We encourage developing deep and meaningful relationships while offering solutions to meet our customer’s unique needs.
- You are confident, passionate about customer care, and have a ’can-do’ attitude.
- Most importantly, you enjoy being a driving force in helping our customers move towards better and quicker solutions for the testing of water quality.
We are looking for people who have:
- 1+ years of inside sales experience with the drive to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- You speak fluent German & business English.
- Ability to develop, grow and manage customer relationships.
- Proven track record of closing sales and meeting quarterly sales goals.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise sales activities, i.e., in/outbound calls, email communications, web inquiries and Salesforce sales pipeline.
- Strong listening and questioning skills.
- Ability to understand technical products.
- Self-motivated, team player and well organised to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- If you’ve got a biology or bio-science background, this is advantageous.
- You can be home-based in Germany, Netherlands or UK but MUST be fluent in German.
Benefits:
- €50,000 - €58,000 per annum / £37,000 - £40,000
- €2,250 / £2,100 per Quarter
- Pension (8-10%)
