Do you want to make your studies more exciting and practice-oriented? Do you want to continue your studies after your Bachelor’s degree and enter professional life at the same time? All that with a fixed monthly salary and full financing of your tuition fee? Then our InnoMaster is just right for you!

As part of theInnoMaster Business Development program, you will study part-time for ~6 semesters at a university or other higher education institution (e.g., FOM, Hochschule Fresenius, ISM) that offers an accredited master’s program in the field of business development/ business administration/ marketing and is located in the greater Hamburg metropolitan area, and we will cover the costs! Parallel to your studies, you will gain valuable practical work experience in a department at InnoGames and have the opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge directly into practice! In addition to exciting, challenging tasks and a fixed, appropriate salary, we offer you the participation in trainings and support in your future career planning.

The InnoMaster Business Development is designed for approximately three years with a weekly working time of 25 (during the semester) - 40 (during the semester break) hours per week. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions about the program.

Your mission
  • Work closely with our Marketing Managers and assist in the management of performance driven international Media and Market Development campaigns, including conversion optimization, tracking and evaluation of marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the development and optimization of Media and Market Development strategies for both online and mobile games
  • Generate new leads by discovering new marketing campaign concepts
  • Monitor the campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met and create reportings
  • Take care of international market research of media landscape for future growth potential and competitor analysis
  • Be the interface for external and internal partners (e.g., agencies, channels, products)
  • Keep up to date on all media and online marketing trends
Your skill set
  • You have completed your Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study (Marketing/ Economics/ Communication) with good grades (grade average of 2,5 or better)
  • You qualify for your preferred Business Development/ Business Administration/ Marketing Master studies at a university in Hamburg metropolitan area
  • You are proficient in MS Office and practical knowledge in Excel would be a big plus
  • You have a strong interest in the media landscape combined with exceptional analytical and conceptual skills as well as creativity
  • You have definite qualities as a team player, as well as strong communication skills
  • You are able to work independently and in a structured way, and your work style is very proactive
  • You are looking forward to using your excellent English skills every day in a multicultural working environment, as our company language is English
