As an Information Security Manager (m/f/d) you´ll support the (Chief) Information Security Officer in exercising their respective areas of responsibility - the design of Information Security.
Your Role

You will be responsible for the tactical and operational implementation of the ISMS in alignment with the (Chief) Information Security Officer. Your role will have either a regional/country/legal entity or topic specific scope e.g. representing Information Security for a certain country, legal entity or customer or being responsible for the implementation of specific parts of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Your Responsibilities
  • Support the (Chief) Information Security Officer in implementing strategic initiatives such as awareness programs risk management, vulnerability management etc.
  • Focus on Risk Management in the scope of Information Security.
  • Work on continuous improvement tasks in the scope of the ISMS.
  • Report the status quo of information security to the (Chief) Information Security Officer.
  • Support internal/external audits and certifications of the ISMS
  • Support the (Chief) Information Security Officer by creating presentations and reports, as well as by designing, monitoring and communicating information security metrics and KPIs.
  • Represent KN in security committees and working groups.
  • Give guidance to the InfoSec Champions in Business Unit or IT operation.

Your Skills And Experiences
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Multiple years of professional experience in risk management, information security and IT.
  • Professional security management certification like CRISC, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 lead implementer or similar.
  • Analytical skills and competence for problem solving.
  • Experience in creating or maintaining an ISMS.
  • Expertise in IT Security controls like Anti-Malware, Firewall, SIEM, Authentication, Encryption, Patching.
  • Good communication skills on different management levels.
