Lead Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Recruiter to join our busy team on a full-time permanent basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be responsible for administration of end-to-end recruitment process for the location
  • Plan and build sourcing channels with Europe Recruitment team
  • Act as a first point of contact for clients, consultants, and candidates
  • Cooperate with Hiring Managers
  • Plan and Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, and employer events
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Suggest improvements to existing systems in order to enhance operationally effectiveness
  • Follow new trends, search for new tools and hiring methods

REQUIRED SKILL SET:
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with multi-locational teams and stakeholders
  • Pro-active approach, fast adaptation to changes
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • English on a communicative level (written and spoken) – we are international team/company and English is our office language
  • Proficient user knowledge of Microsoft Office
