Position Overview

In your role as a HR Manager Labor Law / Labor Relations you will be the first contact person for HR colleagues and the business worldwide on issues relating to individual and collective labor law topics. You will not only support the business in the Day-to-Day operational HR Tasks but also our diverse client group(s) and internal stakeholders in different legal HR topics and questions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and be the contact person for HR colleagues and the business worldwide on issues relat-ing to individual and collective labor law topics
  • Proactively contribute to a trusting cooperation with diverse works council committees
  • Independently draft and negotiate collective agreements
  • Design, drive forward and implement frameworks for new innovative working conditions (includ-ing working hours, compensation systems, benefits, insurance)
  • Independently support interdisciplinary projects (including M+A, restructuring, change processes) with your labor law expertise
  • Keeping an eye on current legislation and changes and providing information on their practical implications
  • Designing and conducting internal training courses on labor law
Qualifications
  • Degree in labor or business law with a focus on employment law or human resources manage-ment, or comparable qualification ideally with a focus on human resources management, or equivalent knowledge acquired in practice
  • Minimum of 7 -10 years of professional experience in HR, a law firm or in companies of compa-rable size and complexity, best within an internationally operating tariff-bound IT company
  • Business Savvy and confident handling in discussions and negotiations with works councils and unions
  • Confident and balanced personality with tact and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, independent, dynamic, organized self-starter and responsible personality
  • Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; the ability to work through complex, unstructured problems
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Business fluent in German and English as well as secure IT user skills
