Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Generalist acts as business partner to the country management by providing guidance, ensuring consistency of policy application through interpretation of laws, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Contact person for questions and tasks of the daily operational business
  • Proactive and solution-oriented consulting and support of managers and employees along the complete employee life cycle
  • Support of the organization in the area of personnel management
  • Supervision and implementation of individual personnel measures
  • Control and implementation of central HR processes
  • Administration of existing HR processes, support in the implementation of new HR processes and their continuous optimization
  • Steering of site-wide HR projects as well as collaboration within the HR organization of the DACH region
  • Trustful and constructive cooperation with the works council

• Collaboration with other HR COEs such as Talent Acquisition, HR Service Center • General HR administration tasks

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources
  • 7+ years of prior HR professional experience in a technology/sales-based Matrix organization
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Good understanding of German social and labor law
  • Knowledge of the same in Austria and Switzerland is a plus
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • Structured and very efficient way of working
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • High service orientation and resilience
