Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to come and join our credible European HR Team at Cox Automotive as a HR Business Partner.

Based in Germany, we’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner who will help continue the great work we are doing in transforming our business through HR practices.

We are looking for an experienced HR business partner who can get to know our business with pace, passion and importantly think about the changing needs of the business and identify opportunities for HR to offer strategic value.

Business change and culture transformation will continue to be a priority, enabling and requiring this role to support organisational change as we continue on a transformational journey.

Skills:

  • Experienced HR generalist
  • People Change Management
  • Business Change & Transformation Projects
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Experience working with Works Council
  • Working in a HR role within a global organisation Fluent in both German and English language for verbal and written communication
