For our team in Neu-Isenburg (Frankfurt am Main) we are looking for a
HRBP End to End Supply Chain (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Secure assessment of potential, performance & capabilities; identification of talents and succession planning and design of individual effective development programs and / or actions to address low performance issues
- Ensure continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization structure, identifying issues and proposing changes in structure design and re-configuration of roles & accountabilities, additions or redundancies, enabling career paths and job rotations
- Drive performance management process to optimize employee effectiveness
- Develop appropriate HR policies and standards to ensure effective, fair and equitable management of staff throughout the Supply Chain organization
- Support development of core organization capabilities through effective staffing and improvement of people / leadership skills and competencies
- Coach people managers on leadership style and HR-related processes and facilitate workshops with business teams to increase level of collaboration, performance and effectiveness
- Counterpart for Works Councils, maintaining healthy labor relations and gaining buy-in and commitment for organizational agenda and priorities and coordinate effective resolution of legal issues
- In close partnership with the SC leadership team, drive and leverage reward strategy & recognition schemes to recognize employee contributions and strengthen employee morale and satisfaction and reinforcement of desired behaviors and culture
Qualifications/Requirements
- BA/MA degree (eg. HR Management, economics, law, psychology) or equivalent
- Minimum of 7+ years of working experience
- Minimum 5 years HR experience at different levels in multinational companies
- Excellent knowledge of German and English language
- Excellent knowledge of German labour law
- Preferred experience operating in international matrix organisations
- Preferred experience with works councils as well as working in a production site environment including local regulations on rotas, absenteeism, work schedules, disability management and relevant legal context
