What to expect

  • Consulting: You advise and support our managers on strategic HR topics
  • HR Operations: You act as the first point of contact for our managers for all questions relating to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to development and offboarding
  • Engagement: Together with the team, you will ensure that our values are reflected in onboarding and daily business and that we can continue to develop the People
  • Projects: Together with your colleagues, you will drive forward projects in the area of performance management and HR processes
