Tasks

How You Will Create Impact...
  • Build the commercial sales team to grow edyoucated incl. hiring, coaching, and managing the team
  • Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization’s commercial sales team
  • Identify and manage key stakeholders with full responsibility for client development and upselling
  • Exceed the team’s quarterly sales targets by managing opportunities through a structured sales process
  • Work closely with different stakeholders, especially our product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver the best results possible to our clients based on the derived product and service needs
Requirements

Your Profile...
  • 2+ years experience in B2B software sales, SaaS experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead teams
  • Hands-on mentality with a positive attitude
  • Curious with a hunger to learn
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional-level fluency in German and English (some of our clients only speak German)
  • Willingness to travel to client meetings
