As the Head of Growth, you will report to the CMO and Founders and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, Partner and Customer Engagement and Product to increase customer sign ups and enable our partners to promote CURE to their medical doctor base. This role is crucial for the success of CURE and will require the definition, implementation and execution of hands-on growth hacks in order to build out our marketing presence from the ground up as we launch.


Must haves

  • Drive all lead generation efforts, including setting strategy, developing forecasts, executing, and measuring results
  • Ability to handle a sensitive and highly-complex target market (health care)

  • Model and forecast results; conduct A/B tests and use a data-driven approach to measuring and refining our approach to enhance outcomes and hit KPIs
  • Create, manage, and monitor performance for all marketing and bizdev initiatives including email campaigns, content, partner channels, etc.
  • Bring creative ideas to the table on how we can generate new leads and reach our target group
  • Innovate other scalable approaches to driving revenue growth (e.g. growth-hack)
  • Launch, manage, measure, and report on partner and user engagement
  • Ruthlessly test and uncover the right levers to pull for improved sign ups within partner networks
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Product to drive maximum integration


Skills

  • Experience working in a Neobank or high growth B2B SaaS company with a demonstrated track record of exceeding lead quotas

  • Ability to plan, develop, and execute an effective marketing strategy
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing methods, strategies and tools
  • High degree of business and technical acumen, as well as empathy for customers and partners
  • Creative problem solver driven to find the highest effectiveness, lowest cost marketing approach
  • Ability to translate customer issues into tangible benefits that our product can solve
  • Creativity and ideas to acquire new and activate existing users
  • Hands-on and independent doer mentality
  • Excellent oral and written skills in German / English language
