About the Design area

In this role, you will be working closely with our designer and marketing team on the mission of creating and evolving y42 visual identity and keep it consistent across the website, product, marketing and social media channels.
You will work with a highly ambitious team that strives to build the world’s leading no-code business intelligence software.

As our Head of Creative, you will:

  • Scale and Lead the Design area to align and enable all missions
  • Work on company discovery to understand the design needs by each department
  • Take the decision of building an in-house team and/or working with external agencies
  • Implement and educate on scalable design system across the organisation
  • Establish proper capacity planning across all design consumers

  • Have been there, done that in Project Management
  • Are a Designer by heart, business person in mind
  • Have an extremely good eye for design
