Your tasks

As Growth Marketing Lead (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and expansion of our omnichannel Growth Marketing Program and help to create and deliver wow-moments to key audiences.

You might be our perfect match if you have a deep understanding of performance marketing, execution of brand, messaging, and audience strategies throughout the funnel, and know how to build and manage a Growth Marketing / Digital Acquisition team.
  • You develop, plan, launch, and analyzing customer acquisition and retention campaigns across all channels, delivering high ROI results
  • You map out how to drive down CAC, increase LTV, analyze cohorts and dive deep into data to make an impact
  • You define, measure and analyze critical KPIs for the growth marketing team. Create dashboards to demonstrate progress against those KPIs (in collaboration with Operations) and communicate effectively the results and any actions associated with those results to key stakeholders
  • You collaborate with Operations in order to improve on measurement, develop new measurement methodologies, and optimize performance
  • You improve creative testing methodologies across all digital channels
  • You manage digital agencies and map out methodologies to increase capacity
  • You evaluate and develop tooling and automation within Marketing & Comms and alongside internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Customer Success)
  • You work with customer facing teams to incorporate customer feedback into our lifecycle marketing program - get insights on consumption and product usage, and use this data to make mid- and long-term improvements with the goal of increasing LTV
  • You report to the Director Marketing & Communications as well as to key stakeholders on wins, challenges, and mid-term planning
Requirements
  • You have profound direct experience in managing digital growth marketing and ad campaigns, including paid search
  • You have significant experience with marketing- and lifecycle automation management
  • You have deep experience with A/B testing, incremental testing, and sophisticated measurement techniques, attribution models, and media mix marketing
  • You are able to deliver high ROI results by developing, planning, launching, and analysing customer acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Performance marketing is your second nature: CAC, LTV, AOV, churn, conversion rate, etc. are basically your best friends
  • You have in-depth experience with analytics. You literally can’t wait to map out how to drive down CAC, increase LTV, analyse cohorts and dive deep into data to make an impact
  • You have innovative experience in integrating hyper-efficient subscription and direct response campaigns with sophisticated brand messaging and audience strategies
  • You have the ability to see and connect the need for strong creative campaigns with measurable impacts
  • Experience in building, leading and managing a small team of performance marketers and growth marketers; preferably SaaS, B2B is a bonus
