We are expanding our world-class Finance team and are looking for a Group Controller - Systems and Tools (all genders)to join our Group Controlling team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Your Mission:

• You will be actively involved in setting up and supporting Month End Closing guidelines, tasks and activities in our Group Consolidation Reporting and Planning Tool supporting both controlling and accounting teams;

• Implementing new finance tools for the Group Finance teams as per the needs of the company;

• Understanding the latest business trends and needs, capable of transforming and reflecting them in our Group Consolidation & Reporting System;

• Collaborating with colleagues from different central, regional and local functions to drive best practices and efficiency improvements;

• Maintaining the current finance business logic of the system and designing a new system set-up by creating new data files, different dimensions (e.g. data and adjustment levels) and dashboards;

• Understand and analyze related trends (P&L, balance-sheet, Cash-flow and non-financials KPIs);

• Implement consistent finance policies, practices, and procedures across all programs.

• Effectively troubleshoot and support our global users with different challenges they are facing with the Group Consolidation & Reporting System;

• Closely liaise with our partners - 3rd party Group Consolidation Tool providers;

• Liaising with both external and internal auditors during the system and process audits;

• You will be responsible for monthly follow-ups and preparations of audit-proof documents;

• Maintaining the user access management guidelines for the user groups and ensuring close controls over the user matrix and segregation of duties;

• Competently convert the finance and business needs of the various stakeholders into the system.

• Execution of ad-hoc finance analytics, and initiatives as & when required.

Your Heroic Skills:

• 2+ years of relevant finance experience;

• Master’s degree in finance or any other related field (ACCA, ACA, CFA, CISA, MBA (or other relevant certificates) would be an additional advantage);

• Strong finance expertise/knowledge (prior accounting/controlling is a plus);

• Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and data model building;

• Advanced Excel modelling & analytical skills;

• A “can do” attitude and result-oriented personality;

• You have a good understanding of complex and technical issues

• You have an analytical mindset and take a structured approach to designing solutions

• Strong problem-solving capabilities;

• The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment;

• Able to multitask and balance competing priorities;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, (any additional languages would be an advantage);

• Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams and with different hierarchical levels including but not limited to management teams within the company;

• Experience in partnering with business teams to understand their requirements and implement solutions;

Nice To Have:

• Experience in the fast-changing business environment;

• Experience with different ERPs and Consolidation Tools and migrations to new/upgraded solutions;

• Knowledge and experience using business intelligence reporting tools (LucaNet, SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Cognos BI&Planning, etc.)
