Tasks
- Holisticly advising and supporting our HR leaders and managers in all strategic HR-relevant issues
- Actively contribute to our HR transformation and organizational change processes in collaboration with OD
- Leading a global HR expert team with direct report responsability
- Develop a career model within the HR Function to ensure and promote access to internal talent
- Develop appropriate upskilling and reskilling to ensure HR capabilities are developed in line with the HR Transformation
- Supporting regional/local HR manager in derivation of their People and Leadership agenda aligned with the global People and Leadership strategy
- Contributing to a lean and agile organizational design with the skills needed now and in future
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a set of global, regional and local standardized HR processes
- Designing, implementing and monitoring workforce and succession planning for HR in collaboration
- Actively promoting OneHR by collaborating in a team of HR managers with the aim to deliver a great employee and manager experience
- Constructive and trusting cooperation with the interest groups and other HR Business Partners
- Participating in international HR projects
- This role will support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and be instrumental to ensure Organizational readiness on our transformation journey
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably with HR focus
- Significant HR experience at Business Partner level within a corporate and global organization (having worked previously in a matrix set up is a clear advantage)
- Proven experience in accompanying HR transformation and organizational change processes
- Problem solving and analytical capability; experience of managing and analysing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium and long-term plans
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with managers and employees at all levels
- Strategic forward-thinking conceptual skills as well as strong communication skills
- Strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills
- Enjoyment of working in a team as well as an entrepreneurial, customer-oriented way of working
- Highly structured and focused
- Proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
- Business-fluent in English, any other language is a plus
