You are a Reception Shift Leader or Front Office Manager in a hotel, or do you work in conference and banqueting and looking for regular office working hours and your next step in your career?

Tasks

You will be responsible for the Front Desk operation of the two offices in Frankfurt and Dusseldorf, while being based in Frankfurt

Covering :
  • the management of the small reception teams at both German locations
  • continuous improvement of standards and quality measures at the front desk, including:
* Switchboard
* meeting coordination, preparation and follow up
* front desk operations
* guests satisfaction
* set up conferences and events
  • operational planning of shifts and vacations
  • organising events (internal, external, national and international)
  • holiday and sick cover for your team members in both locations
Requirements

  • strong experience in hospitality, people’s person
  • attention to detail
  • ideally some leadership experience already
  • great communication and writing skills in German and English
  • good MS Office skills, as well as experience handling modern IT, communication and (video) conference technology
  • finding joy in covering and traveling between 2 locations
