And that’s where you come in…

As a Founders Associate (m/f/d) at Consultport (full-time), you’ll work side-to-side with the founders on the most exciting and important management projects. You’ll learn what it means to build a successful company and scale it internationally, including Teams, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management tasks.

At the same time, you’ll develop a broad and deep understanding of the consulting market. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in disrupting a dormant multi-billion market with the possibility of growing into a full-time permanent role at the end of the program, including receiving equity in the company.

Your Mission

• Strategy Assignments: work on business-critical projects, evaluate their strategic importance, and help the business to grow their products and service portfolio
• Operations Excellence: lead special projects to enable business and operational processes across departments and teams to scale
• International Expansion: manage the critical aspects of our geographical expansion, and enable our operations, product, and international teams to function at their best. At the same time, work closely with our international teams as we grow our global footprint.
• Founder(s) Ad-Hoc Support: support the founder(s) on time-critical projects, and experience what it takes to scale a company on a daily basis

Your profile

• Recently graduated (Less than 18 months ago) or about to graduate (latest 2025) from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field, with outstanding academic records
• A passion for start-ups and want to prepare for your adventure down the road
• Strong analytical skills that you use to break down problems and excel at connecting topics from many domains
• Previous professional experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales, or in startups)
• Fluency in English is a must, German or French is very nice to have
