What to Expect

We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager based to lead our Finance Operations team in their journey of supporting our Sales and Delivery teams in Central Europe (DACH and Eastern Europe) in the fulfillment, financial compliance, and readiness of customer orders and interactions with our financial partners. As a front-line leader, you will streamline processes, optimize workflows, and manage relevant KPIs, all while being actively involved in your team’s daily activities, customer interactions, and operational performance analysis. You will work independently and collaborate closely with sales and delivery country leadership.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop, lead and manage a team of 10 Financial Operations professionals to ensure financial compliance and efficient order clearance of our incoming retail and B2B orders
  • Manage and reduce our Accounts Receivable and Funding Delay metrics while driving compliance of payment terms of our Financial and Enterprise partners by setting up the necessary processes, data analysis, and team structure in cooperation with our field and B2B Sales teams
  • Drive Financial compliance and process automation to reduce the order error rate and increase our speed of customer delivery by introducing new systems, processes, and products to our regional markets and Finance teams
  • Partner with our Sales Programs teams for the definition and operational introduction of new campaigns, price changes and Financial products and services for our customers
  • Identify, define, and implement system, process, and workflow optimizations to enhance customer fulfillment time, reduce order error rate, and improve overall financial compliance
  • Establish strong relationships with Sales and Service leaders and teams across retail and B2B to support our customers in their sales and delivery journey as well as train our field teams in the interaction and compliance of our financial processes and products
  • Champion the rapid adoption of new digital tools within your team and collaborate with EMEA and product stakeholders on continuous improvement
  • Professionally manage customer and stakeholder escalations, driving toward resolution that ensures swift execution and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience leading support or operations teams with a track record of streamlining processes and exceeding targets
  • Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment with demonstrated success in driving change and improvement
  • Preferably, experience in automotive and/or finance operations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative cross-functional relationships
  • Highly motivated and positive individual with a desire to make a difference
  • Technologically savvy and able to work with internal business systems
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about change in the transportation industry
  • Fluent in German and a good command of English
