The Mouser Electronics EMEA Finance team is in search of an engaged and competent person at the earliest possible date for the position of


Accounts Receivables Specialist / Finance Data Entry (f/m/d)


What to expect:

The Accounts Receivables Specialist performs day to day financial transactions, including posting of incoming payments, verifying and recording of accounts receivables data.

Reviews discrepancies in data received and requests clarification.

Reconciles the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Interacts with departmental and / or other staff on matters affecting data.

Performs quality work within deadlines.

Other duties as assigned.


What we are looking for:

Studies in business administration or similar field or commercial vocational training with a combination of education and experience. Two years experience in an Accounts Receivables role is required.

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Profound data-entry skills with a high affinity to numbers.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office environment with good Excel skills. Experience with an ERP system would be a plus.

Excellent English language skills, good German language skills.

Exhibits decision making skills.

Extremely trustworthy and maintains confidentiality at all times.

Open-minded, strong in teamwork and collaboration
