Job Summary

Reporting to the Food Colors Europe Controller, this position is responsible for periodic reporting & analysis with focus on sales reporting and controlling of the Sensient legal entity in Hungary.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review and publish various month end operating and KPI reports for Management

Play a major role in the annual operating budget process working with the business unit controller and the Color group finance team.

Create and review sales reports for Management

Provide ad hoc analysis support to Management

Power user of the CRM tool. Close collaboration with Sales Director.

Establish and update product costing

Calculation and communication of sales prices to other Sensient units

Calculation and communication of sales incentives

Financial analysis of sales contracts as part of an approval process

Establish statistics for authorities

Preparation of capital approval requests

Controller of Sensient Hungary

Provide financial support as controller to the management of the Sensient entity in Hungary

Oversee all financial transactions of the legal entity in Hungary including forecasting and review of local GGAP reporting.

Establish Group reporting for this entity

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact and build effective working relationships with other departments and senior leadership

Ability to plan and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines and deliver on projects

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers.

Develop and build effective working relationships with other departments and senior leadership.

Willingness to own a project or a business improvement and drive to positive result

Very good English and German language skills (fluent in spoken and written), language proficiencies in Hungarian, Polish, Czech or Arabic is an advantage

Excellent communication skills, ability to work both autonomously as well as in a team

Strong IT affinity, in particular very good knowledge of MS EXCEL.

Experience with an ERP System is an advantage

Willing / ability to travel occasionally
