Job description:You are an Expert in Active Sourcing and passionate about recruiting. You look for a role with a great deal of influence to help SCHOTT recruit the best employees in order to form the best team. Then join us as Expert Active Sourcing/Recruiter* at the SCHOTT headquarter in Mainz, Germany.
- You are responsible for the identification and recruiting of high potential candidates across all areas of the organization and hierarchical levels.
- Identify new sourcing channels to find and approach potential candidates for existing and forthcoming opportunities.
- Closely cooperate with Hiring Managers; HR Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders to understand requirements and define adequate search strategies.
- Understand relevant markets in order to create target company lists.
- Coordinate the candidate selection and hiring process, incl. creation of job profiles and advertisements.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruiting processes to keep them up-to-date.
- Select and cooperate with external agents/consultancies.
- Support recruiting-related projects, e.g. HR Marketing and Employer Branding.
- University degree with a major in Human Resources, business administration, psychology or similar fields.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Active Sourcing (ideally in an agency/consultancy or another dynamic environment); ideally with a strong relevant network.
- Extensive knowledge in the use of professional/career networks, online job portals, search engines, and social media as recruiting channels.
- Experience in a variety of search techniques e.g. Boolean Search, Filtered Database search, X-ray or Open Web search.
- Excellence in screening and interviewing to identify hidden talents and select the most promising candidates.
- Digital native with high affinity for modern recruiting and IT-trends.
- You are familiar with the analysis and evaluation of data-driven recruiting KPI’s.
- Proactive, structured, and independent approach to work with a strong service and goal orientation.
- Excellent command of English and German language (spoken and written).
