Responsibilities

  • Developing, documenting and visualising key figures and improvements in facility management
  • Analysis and optimisation of FM processes and monitoring of compliance
  • Organise audit-compliant documentation
  • Supporting the digitalisation of FM processes, checking quality and deriving improvements
  • Developing a transparent project management process in the team, reporting on the FM projects and supporting the project planning and approval process
  • Assists in budget planning and monitoring for the department and for projects
  • Prepares information for internal and external communication (online and printed in Klüber media)
  • Further development of suitable measures for environmental protection and occupational safety and their implementation
  • Independent management of projects in the area of facility management and maintenance

Qualifications

  • Industrial engineer or comparable degree (e.g. business economics)
  • Very good PC user skills (Microsoft 365, SAP)
  • Sound project management experience
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strategically oriented, conceptual and structured way of working.
  • Independent work and organization; reliability, team spirit, ability to work under pressure, flexibility
  • Loyalty and discretion
  • Persuasiveness and assertiveness
  • Willingness to drive change and self-development
