Why us?

Our goal is to build the leading platform for all charging related services. Right now we already operate tenths of thousands of Elli/Volkswagen Group electric vehicle charging stations at customer’s homes and dealerships. In the upcoming ye ars we want to become one of the leading providers for eco-friendly smart-home products and disrupt the energy market by leveraging the possibilities of electromobility.

Your mission

The position is covering content management and cooridination of the work environment of both the CEO Elli and SVP Volkswagen Group Charging & Energy (K-TL/CL). The post holder, as central coordinator, is responsible for the prioritization / escalation of topics in the direction of the board and the relevant documentation of content and work results with focus on preparing, accompanying and postprocessing of all meetings the CEO Elli is attending - e.g. Volkswagen Group Committees, Elli leadership meetings, negotiations, events and keynotes - including following-up on the resulting assignments. The position is characterized by very close alignment with the management, processing new topics and special orders as well as communication with international locations and partners.

Your profile
  • Completed University Degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Business Administration, Science, Business Informatics or comparable
  • Cross-over work experience in several business areas, e.g. Strategy, Finance, Product Management, Innovation or Sales (min. 3 years)
  • Strategic work experience at the interface between the automotive industry and energy market
  • Experience working with board of director offices
  • Business fluent in English - both written and spoken
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • In-depth knowledge of common Volkswagen Systems (Konzern-Meetingtool, DMS, Planen BM, Planstellenmanagement, i.serve, Xera)
  • Willingness to acquire necessary, missing knowledge
  • High degree of initiative and self-organization
  • High degree of personal responsibility and reliability
  • High communication skills and team spirit
  • High degree of collaboration skills, positive mindset and flexibility
