What you will do to help drive energy transition:


  • Actively monitor systems behavior on our fleet and act on deviations
  • Verify system failures and indicate the impact to our fleet
  • Identify failure patterns and discuss solutions with our R&D teams
  • Describe failures and inform the country organizations
  • Predict weaknesses or maintenance tasks to allow a proactive solution
  • Constantly evaluate our data quality and promote improvements
  • One of the central contact person for all service related active monitoring issues
  • Act as an interface between the global service, country organizations, our data analytics team and BI team
  • Support Device Software Rollouts and EUT phases
  • Create manuals and documents as well as evaluations

What you’ll need on that journey:


  • You have successfully completed your computer science or technical studies. Alternatively, you have a very well-completed training with relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
  • You were also able to gain your first professional experience in data analysis
  • You have experience in SQL, AWS, Data Bricks, Athena
  • Your very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as knowledge of Linux based systems and Wrike, Salesforce and SAP round off your profile
  • You are characterized by your very good analytical skills
  • You convince through the ability to work in a team, flexibility and commitment
  • Very good command of German and English
