You can expect the following

  • Participation in the conception of energy-efficient, holistic and sustainable building projects
  • Project- and teamoriented monitoring of the technical planning of building services at the integration interface with the object planning and building physics
  • Energy balancing and system engineering simulations, verification according to GEG, DIN V 18599 for non-residential buildings
  • Quality assurance of specialist planning services in all service phases
  • Consulting for our clients, project teams and planning participants
  • Training and presentations as part of internal further education measures
  • An experienced and committed team for continuous training

You bring along

  • A successfully completed degree in supply engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable education
  • Professional experience with the planning/execution of technical building systems and objects, in-depth knowledge in the area of structural thermal insulation and especially the energy evaluation of technical building equipment
  • Knowledge in the use of digital tools for BIM checks, energy balancing in accordance with DIN V 18599 and free system and building simulation
  • Methodological competence for the integration of planning content
  • Enjoyment of performance and open-mindedness towards new challenges
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team, very good written and spoken German, good English skills advantageous
