How you will contribute

You will:

• Support an MEU aligned and prioritized CS&L program of projects with the objective of driving Area and MEU service and cost metrics to best in class
• Deliver key step–change projects in line with the overall MEU and Process Tower agenda
• Promote a close working understanding and relationship with different CS&L functions to ensure best for business solutions.
• Drive best practice on process excellence, capability, and continuous improvement across the CS&L function and across MEU
• Implement the MEU EDI Strategy across Central Europe
• Support the digitalization journey providing a fresh look into our internal processes and challenging the status quo

What extra ingredients you will bring:

• Education / Certifications:3-5 years of CS&L and/or Commercial experience, Master/Bachelor in Economics or Engineering/Analytics/Data Management
• Languages:German / English (both fluent)

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
