YOUR ROLE

• With our Digital Talent Program, you’ll benefit from early empowerment and 18 months of hands-on experience in key digital projects. Start your journey of constant learning and exciting tasks and take your digital expertise to the next level
• Drive the end-to-end execution of digital product feature creation/enhancement and digital marketing campaigns across different rotation assignments
• Analyze data inputs from website functions and customer behavior to attain relevant insights that drive site performance optimization as well as customer acquisition and engagement
• Build and standardize reports to measure, evaluate, and optimize website platform and marketing channel performance
• Manage multiple work streams and projects in a fast-moving environment by liaising with cross functional partners
• Digital Marketing: Plan and execute awareness and engagement experiments (A/B tests) for owned and paid channels and monitor the performance to optimize towards business goals
• Digital Product Management: Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for product features that advocate for experiences that meet customers’ needs and address their challenges

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, computer science or computer engineering
• 2-4 years of digital experience in retail/wholesale industries
• Proven project management experience, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and prioritize
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English a must, a second language preferred
• Solid analytic and quantitative skills highly preferred
• Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
• Self-starter, able to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
