DIGITAL SALES | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (M/W/D)

We are shipping freshly roasted Single Origin Coffees into 80+ countries to a growing community of coffee lovers that celebrate the quality, sustainability mission and taste of our coffee beans.

Our Digital Business has seen a step change over the past two years. We are looking for an experienced Business Developer that is able to scale up our Digital Business to a level that reflects our quality leadership in the Specialty Coffee Market.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in scaling up a retail webshop, ideally in Specialty Coffee or Premium Food & Beverage
• Driving organic growth with our global customer base in 80+ countries with a particular focus on growing our coffee Subscription Service
• Experience in efficient application of SEA, paid Ads (FB/IG), Shopify
• Exceeding leading industry standards with regards to user experience, speed and dynamic functionalities
• Coordinating and improving customer retention, communication, networking
• Well-versed in teamwork and project management
• Eye for web design and development
