Job description

Every day, millions of containers are transported – and every third container is empty! We solve that problem.

How? The container is the single biggest innovation in logistics of the last century and has revolutionized not only an entire industry but also changed the way we live and do business. However, while this iron box itself is simple, standardized, and efficient; using and owning containers is an operational nightmare. Market transparency is limited, trust along the value chain is low and most processes are manual and error-prone. We are here to connect global container logistics to take the hassle out of owning and transporting container equipment.

Customer Success Working Student (f/m/d)

As a dedicated Proactive/Reactive Requests working student, you are going to be performing the day-to-day tasks of a customer success manager. This includes following up on clients’ requests & communicating with them daily and proactively working towards making them successful on xChange including assisting with churn retention cases.

Your responsibilities in a nutshell

  • You provide daily support on the operational side as well as support to clients via emails and calls
  • You interact with our customers to form good relationships
  • You support in educating and training customers to ensure the product is utilized to its maximum potential
  • You make the effort to understand customers’ needs and sense of business.
  • Handle client’s issues and solve them quickly to ensure smooth transactions
  • Provide feedback to improve operational processes
  • Help collect data and conduct experiments to optimize the existing processes
Requirements

  • Currently, enrolled in a degree program with a focus in logistics or supply chain
  • Structured thinking with strong problem-solving skills
  • Client-centric: you are enthusiastic to communicate with clients internationally, understanding their needs, and provide great customer support
  • Good knowledge of MS tools and google suite.
  • Fluency in English – German, Mandarin or Russian is a plus
