Corporate Counsel for Global Healthcare Operations (all-genders) (full-time/part-time possible)

Your role:

As Legal Counsel you are member of the legal team supporting the Global Healthcare Operations (GHO). GHO includes the Manufacturing, Supply and Quality functions, as well as the Procurement organization supporting such functions within the Healthcare Sector. You will be a member of a team of specialized experts supporting the GHO strategy and business needs. You will review, draft and support the negotiation of agreements of various types connected to GHO, in particular manufacturing and supply agreements, but also licensing, research, technology transfer, service and consultancy agreements; provide interpretation of and advice on existing GHO contracts, including when disputes arise; provide legal and strategic business advice to your clients; proactively identify, prevent and manage legal risks; manage outside counsel as needed and support ourcompliance initiatives.You will handle legal matters related to GHO operations on a global and local level.

Who you are:

• You have a law degree with extensive professional experience (minimum of 5 years).
• You have worked at a large law firm or a multinational corporation in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector, with particular expertise in manufacturing operations. Experience working for CMOs is preferred.
• You have strong negotiations skills, result-orientation and problem-solving ability.
• You are a team player but take ownership of your projects and are able to work independently.
• You are highly committed to your projects and feel comfortable working simultaneously on multiple priorities.
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
