Are you a passionate Cleaning Supervisor? If so, we’d love you to join our team at Hamble Aero Structures?

This role sits within our Business & Industry division, catering for those within the workplace. Taking care of catering and dining services, we’re one of the industry’s largest and most innovative contract caterers. With menus available to pre-order and with in-app payment, Elior B&I have matched the tastes and dietary requirements of our four million daily customers with 21st-century tech.

What you’ll be doing...

Your key responsibilities as theCleaning Supervisorwill consist of:

  • Ensure proactive management of teams on site. Responsible for overseeing recruitment, support, training and development of the team in order to deliver an efficient, high quality, financially beneficial service Elior UK
  • Responsible for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
  • Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the Elior experience are communicated and embedded within the team supporting the Service Champion as appropriate
  • Responsible for maintaining, ordering and controlling stocks within budget
  • Responsible for specialist service within specified budgets exceeding Elior UK standards
  • Responsible for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues

Working Pattern:Monday - Thursday (12:00pm-8:00pm) Friday (12:00pm-7:00pm)
