About The Role

We’re seeking a Business Operations Intern to join our Customer Experience Department for a fun-packed 6 months, during which you will work on a mission-critical operational project. The project involves testing strategies to improve the unit economics of our CX team by automating and outsourcing CX activities. As a versatile business generalist, you will take ownership of the implementation of several of these strategies. It will entail a combination of:
  • High-level strategy with exposure to senior leadership & the CEO in a rapidly scaling startup:
    • Designing processes
    • Creating and documenting guidelines
    • Conducting experiments
  • Hands-on, impactful operational work alongside a team of the most talented & passionate Relocation Specialists in the industry:
    • Managing relocation cases
    • Interacting with customers to make a tangible impact on the project’s metrics
About You

Ideally, you:
  • Have graduate-level experience (a degree or similar work experience)
  • Have a demonstrated interest in business, startups, or operations
  • Are fluent in English (C1) and German (C1)
  • Are results-focused and a versatile doer who is willing to get their hands dirty!
  • Enjoy working remotely and can work independently
  • Are already based in one of our hubs in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, or the UK
