As a BI Analyst you will be responsible to assist the business team of adjoe by gathering, interpreting and deriving smart conclusions based on data. You will have access to state of the art technology and work closely with all business stakeholders to implement new approaches on how to leverage our data assets with new ideas. In addition you are responsible to solve technical challenges with external business partners.

Tasks
  • You create, analyze and communicate reports and statistics for our business teams and partners
  • You drill into data from various sources (Redshift, Spark, SQL, Athena, S3, Druid event streams, AWS data pipeline) and write scripts to improve the processes
  • You are a strong communicator, love teaching people, and know how to deal with stakeholders
  • You will be the central contact person who is in charge to solve technical problems and keep our clients happy
  • You are able to express technical issues comprehensively in business language
  • You have to understand all the different parts of our product to make clients dreams come true
Requirements
  • You have excellent analytical & communication skills and like to use these on Python or Scala as well as on Spreadsheets
  • You are fluent in English
  • Strong knowledge in at least one programming language that can be used for BI
  • You’re interested in big data and have outstanding experience in SQL
  • Basic Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript & You know you don’t eat cookies in IT
  • You are self-confident and competent in communicating with clients
  • Plus: You got in touch java or you build already some basic android apps in your free time
  • Plus: Knowledge about Mobile App analytics (e.g. adjust, appsflyer etc)
