Are you interested in playing a key role by shaping our Growth Strategy within EME Region across 25 countries? Then we are looking for you! You will be part of our diverse Leadership Team. Reporting in solid line to the Chief Growth Officer Europe & Middle East and in dotted line to the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Growth function by achieving new business targets with delivering of compelling bid submissions, B2B tools and material for lead generation that stand us out from our competition! You will be responsible to manage and governance the bid process by utilising CRM as a pipeline tool to ensure resource and timelines are managed effectivity. Aufgaben
  • You are responsible for developing an efficient project process for sales bid delivery with a clear responsibility matrix and a governance process
  • You will design and develop tools to deliver the sales bid management process, and ensure that these are utilised and become part of everyday activity
  • You will manage the bid process & report on key milestones, approvals, submission dates, presentations
  • You provide bid management on all strategic bids
  • You design and develop a Bid Library of content and images for the usage by the sales & retention teams
  • You create a boilerplate content for frequently requested information that can be adapted for the usage in bids, tenders and proposal documents
  • You ensure Company Information, Sector/operational delivery topics, QHSE & Innovation are constantly updated to reflect best practise and current statistics
  • You will work closely with all country sales teams & with client stakeholders to establish a network within the region & to drive information flow with in a bid
Profil
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in bid management
  • Experience in food or facility services is preferred
  • Resilience, leadership personality and ability to progress further in the organization
  • Ability to represent the organization at a variety of industry and non-industry events
  • Strong teamplayer as well as the ability to work independently
  • Ability and experience to work with CRM database management system
  • Capability to multi-task and establish priorities
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English; additional languages are of advantage
  • Knowledge of selling contracted services within foodservice, retail and facilities management industries
  • Highly literate and numerate
  • IT and computer literate & competent in all Microsoft packages
  • Experience of managing the end-to-end sales process
  • Willingness to travel throughout assigned regions
