  • Supporting the Head of Global Supply Chain and Lifecycle Management and their local reports in all areas of administration
  • Planning and booking of travel arrangements, reimbursement of travel costs as well as organization of meetings
  • Act as the contact person for national and international colleagues with regard to agenda planning and coordination of activities as well as international business trips
  • Provide project support for example, drafting and coordination of PowerPoint slides and presentations
  • Act as the contact person for new employees (e.g. responsibility for provision and preparing office equipment and IT-Hardware, manage an office move if necessary)
  • Completed training as an office clerk or a comparable qualification
  • Basic Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology is an advance
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programme (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Reliable, friendly and motivated personality
