With more than 30 years of experience in Partial Discharge (PD) measurement, Power Diagnostix is a market leader offering the broadest range of products for portable, on-line, off-line and monitoring PD solutions. To enhance our experienced team, we are looking for motivated and qualified employees to strengthen our team from Aachen.

Aufgaben
  • End-to-end IT infrastructure management:
    • On-Site and remote infrastructure management
    • Service desk (MSoffice, Office Hardware, Peripherals, Network connectivity)
    • Local network management
  • End-user peripherals management
  • Active directory management: structures, domain, entreprise group policies, security policies, user management)
  • Entreprise and local back-up strategy and implementation
  • Hosting issues with the file server, domain controller, hyper-V services
  • VoIP telephone system
  • Asset and patch management for cybersecurity
  • Network and firewall management (Switches, IP/VLANs/VPNs/ Firewall, MPLS)
  • Infrastructure documentation and Change management
Profil
  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g. Electrical or Telecommunications)
  • Experience with Windows, Ubuntu, Virtual Machines, Radius, Kaspersky, MySQL, GIT recommended
  • Hands on person with customer service talents
  • Good planning skills and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English (the firm‘s business language) and German
  • Cross-cultural communication skills - further language skills are welcomed
