About the department

Global IT Operations Service Desk and IT Support consists of multiple teams of highly skilled and dedicated employees located around the world in our sales affiliates and our Global Service Centre acting responsible for both 1st level support, Onsite support and single point of contact in the local sites, while also participating actively in Product Teams in other areas such as Digital Workplace and Infrastructure. We have a strong focus on collaboration, we are curious, and we are embracing new ideas on how to deliver projects successfully.


The position

As an IT Support Coordinator, you will supervise and support the local IT support team to deliver efficient and effective IT services support, including installation, troubleshooting and repair of IT systems and applications. Furthermore, you will implement and manage the Tech bar operations ensuring all support tickets are resolved in a timely manner. Moreover, you will maintain collaborative relationship with the IT support vendors and manage related SLAs and KPIs by also ensuring continuous improvement of services based on user feedback.

Additionally, you will

  • Engage as IT Support Partner with Line of Business (LoB) - perform local communication on relevant Global IT support topics, while promoting the adoption and usage of the Global Service desk
  • Purchase IT equipment, process invoices and ensure accurate financial control
  • Manage end user device equipment life-cycle process from procurement to disposal, ensuring accurate asset management in the relevant tools
  • Ensure all technology-related documentation within your support scope is accurate and up to date as per KCS methodology.
  • Assist and collaborate in GITO driven project implementations, participate in KanBan and relevant Agile features.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in IT/Computer Science or bachelor’s degree with relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT support related experience
  • Proven ability to lead local IT support or other relevant infrastructure services
  • Appropriate service management program (e.g., ITIL certification)
  • Outstanding English and pronounced German language skills
