  • Identification of IT-relevant risks
  • Set up a risk management process for IT-relevant risks
  • Independent development and further development of the IT emergency organization.
  • Coordination of IT emergencies as an organizational support of the IT manager.
  • Organization and implementation of emergency exercises
  • Support in the creation and independent creation of IT emergency plans within the framework of IT Service & Continuity Management (ITSCM).
  • Support of departments in the creation of plans to maintain business operations (Business Continuity Management = BCM) in the event of IT failures.
  • Interlocking of measures of the ITSCM and BCM.
  • Further development and operationalization of relevant guidelines
You should have these prerequisites
  • Completed university studies in the field(s) of economics or computer science, preferably business informatics or comparable.
  • Several years of experience in IT service management
  • Several years of experience in emergency organization
  • Very good knowledge of IT service management (acc. to ITIL) & in IT basic protection.
  • Very good knowledge of process design and IT implementation.
  • Analytical, logical and problem-solving thinking and acting.
  • English language skills (B2)
