We are looking for an IT Project Manager (f/m/d) - HR IT to join our E.ON Digital Technology GmbH team.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
- You lead and coordinate cross-functional IT project teams for HR Digital Technology
- You use best practice project management methodologies (waterfall and agile) to ensure timely and full delivery of customer requirements
- You are responsible for the whole project lifecycle e.g. project cost calculation, project approval, resource and project planning, project delivery and post go-live hypercare
- You actively plan and manage costs, quality and scope of your project; providing full transparency on progress throughout its lifecycle
- You steer, motivate and integrate diverse teams of internal and external staff as well as different suppliers
- You ensure excellent collaboration and communication with all involved stakeholders across regions
- You address staff requests for projects and manage the integration of external and internal staff into the temporary project organization
- You manage decision processes for your project’s steering committee
Your Profile
- Relevant university degree or comparable training on the job
- Experience in planning and executing of system integration or separation activities and data migration
- Strong analytical and structured way of thinking, high organizational skills and IT affinity
- Conceptual thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to inspire and impress E.ON’s HR businesses with the potential of IT and high level of customer-orientation with a service-based attitude
- Excellent communication skills in combination with assertive and engaging appearance, chairing meetings, facilitating workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders
- AGILE certification, AGILE Project management, Scrum experiences desired
- Willingness for regular business travel
- Fluent in German and English; both written and verbal
