We are looking for a Network Administrator (m/w/d) with knowledge of Nagios, Incinga or Splunk for a 10 month assignment for the location Bergkamen, NRW.

Your responsibilites will be:


  • Automation (Infrastructure as Code, Ansible, Puppet) of processes for operating IT infrastructures in the production environment
  • Operating and further development of the system monitoring infrastructure
  • Creation and maintenance of architectures and transaction technologies for data transfer between Edge and Cloud
  • Modeling and analysis of log data of production and laboratory systems
  • Contact for local business functions for visualization of availability KPIs

Requirements

  • Profound knowledge in system monitoring and logging technologies (e.g. systems Nagios, Icinga, Splunk)
  • Sound knowledge of database technologies (SQL)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Basic knowledge of edge and cloud technologies
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (change, incident, asset management) and handling of a configuration management database
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft ActiveDirectory technologies in complex production and lab environments
  • Valid work permit for Germany and residence in Germany
Nice to have:
  • GxP-compliant support of IT infrastructure components in production and laboratory environments
  • Completed studies in computer science or completed IT specialist training
  • Experience with process control technology
